 Introduction 

  Apperance: white or colorless crystal.
  Chemical formula: KH2PO4
  CAS number: 7778-77-0
  Relative density: 2.338
  Melting point: 252.6 ℃
  The product dissolves in water easily, its solution turn acidic. PH of 1% Potassium phosphate monobasic is 4.6. Potassium phosphate monobasic doesn’t dissolve in alcohol. It becomes transparent liquid, when it is heated to 400℃.After it cools down, the product becomes opacity potassium metaphosphate. It is used as bacterial culture agent and flavoring agent in industries and food industry. Potassium phosphate monobasic is a kind of material to produce potassium metaphosphate. In wine industry, it is also used as yeast culture agent, enhancer, bulking agent and fermentation adjunct. In medicine industry, it is used as nutritional agent. In agriculture, it is used as high efficient P K compound fertilizer. The product remarkably increases agricultural production and quality of agricultural, and it enhances the corps’ resistance capability. Potassium phosphate monobasic adapts to all kind of corps like food corps, cash crops, vegetable and fruits, is especially good for chlorine-free crops.
